Children's book: Bon appetit!

A hungry and singing gray mouse takes a few bites of a mushroom, a piece of cheese and a radish. Until, looking for more food, he gets into the mouth of a cat. When he discovers that he was wrong and decides to escape, he runs into someone in there... This someone is a little mouse just as hungry as him and who entered where he shouldn't. The two escape together, safe and sound, and continue to eat and sing happily. A simple, tender and nice story; one more of the famous little mouse by Éric Battut, a character that makes the little ones fall in love. On this occasion the author changes a bit his usual line of cumulative story, in which the little animals arrive on the scene one by one (as it happens in "La hazelnut", "The secret" or "The joke"). However, different edible things do go on parade, which both the little mouse and his friend, both insatiable, will taste with enthusiasm. A delicious tale, ideal for learning to name fruits, vegetables and other foods, and also for overcoming the resistance of picky eaters and lack of appetite who will want to imitate the protagonists of the book while devouring page after page. Sitting at the table will be eating and singing!
