Children's book: A sea of sadness

A little fish felt very sad so he went for a walk to cheer himself up, but to his surprise, he found a lot of heartbroken fish, with their spirits at the bottom of the sea. Until a turtle revealed to him that the problem was not with the others... The little fish did not understand what was happening in that sea of tears; why jellyfish, sardines, squid and all the different fish that came their way were just as depressed. The turtle that, curiously, was face up explained that no one was sad. It's just that the little fish was upside down! The illustrations of this parade of hopeless fish are striking in their simplicity and color.
