Children's book: A stone in the road

A rabbit is surprised because he finds a huge stone on the road. The beaver, the squirrel, the frog and the little bird, moved by curiosity, come to look at her. Among all they decide to move her away, but they discover that what was hindering the passage was not what they imagined... When all the little animals push the stone they get a good scare. Because the stone was, in reality, a Mr. Turtle that cannot contain a tremendous sneeze. The little ones are made into little balls by the effect of such a shock wave. Then Mrs. Turtle appears and asks, intrigued, what are those little balls. And Mr. Tortoise, touching them with his cane, concludes that they look like stones. A simple and ingenious chained story, one of those that make the little ones fall in love. The unexpected ending will make them laugh and they will want to go back to the beginning of the story a thousand times. The drawings of the little animals, tender and with modern lines, move along the clear pages, which are not overwhelming and are always entertaining. The short sentences, in large, colored fonts, make up a very attractive album suitable for young children; ideal for working on colours, sizes, numbers, animals... And it is also a book that will teach children that not everything is what it seems, at the same time that, thanks to a smile, they will deflect any stone that crosses their path every day.
