Considered by epicureans as an exceptional product, it is made by our Chefs in our workshop in Schiltigheim, Alsace (France). To create this Foie Gras, our Chefs carefully sort the raw Foie Gras. They are then deveined by hand and then seasoned with pepper, salt and a mixture of other spices kept secret since 1803.
