Dating from the Belle Epoque, the establishment is now a gourmet restaurant. In 1862, it was just a simple wooden pavilion where people came to nibble on seafood; indeed, the name "reserve" comes from the fact that fish ponds were installed at the foot of the rocks. It was not until 1940 that a diving board was built on the sea in an Art Deco style; equipped with an elegant spiral staircase, it has become an icon of the city...
