The special malts grown in San Adrian in Navarre, bring aromas of roasted cereals, with a beautiful power in the mouth and a slight bitterness. We also find a perfect balance between malts and hops with the addition of coriander at the end of boiling. Malts: Pilsen, Munich, Vienna (San Adrian, Navarre) Hops: Chinook, Cascade, Northern Brewer (Azpeitia, Gipuzkoa) Spices: Coriander Alc.7.5%
