This “Grand Cru” raw cider is part of the tradition of apple wines from Basque cider houses, with a process of slow fermentation of apple must which gives it an authentic and delicious flavor. Aingura is the premium version of Sagardo, with a unique recipe made from 4 varieties of organic apples from the Basque Country: Urtebi Haundi, Urtebi Txiki, Patzuola and Goikoetxea. Fermentation time: 4 months 100% natural - 100% fresh apples - 100% local varieties 5.5% Alc. - Preferably drunk chilled.
