The blueberry jam is made with organic blueberries from our factory in Arróniz. Like the rest of our jams, it has much more fruit than usual, 70% fruit, and it has very little sugar, which is also made from organic cane. ékolo jams are totally natural, without preservatives that could affect their flavour. Our jams have a smooth consistency without the presence of pieces of fruit; a bright color, a good fruity aroma, and a texture that makes it easy to spread but without water.
