The first steps are difficult, where you worked almost non-stop every day of the week, since Amador was the one who practically ran the business alone, until little by little he was teaching and transmitting the art of frying and packaging both our star product, LA PATATA FRITA, as a great variety of appetizers and nuts that were made entirely by hand with the best raw materials and the best olive oil.
It was not until 2009, and after the great demand received by the company, when it was decided to purchase an automatic packaging machine, and later, in 2011, an automatic fryer capable of producing 350 kilos of potatoes a la hour. Later, at the beginning of 2014, a nut fryer was also acquired. Due to these acquisitions, the company can supply more customers and, in turn, open more markets both regionally and nationally.
