El Capricho is a family business, with more than a quarter of a century of life, located in Santoña, a small town with a deep seafaring vocation, known as the cradle of preserved anchovy.
We are specialized in Cantabrian Anchovy and Bonito del Norte, caught in the Cantabrian Sea (FAO 27) in coastal times, through inshore boats with environmentally friendly fishing gear.
