Yellowfin Tuna Belly (Thunnus Albacares) deep frozen at less than 60ºC in the boat of origin to guarantee its freshness. This is a process called Sashimi quality. Our belly is presented laminated for a better tasting and preserved in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Like all our products, it does not contain any additives and is a fabulous complement to a balanced diet.      No additives, non-GMO, gluten-free, lactose-free, sugar-free, soy-free and nut-free. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a maximum of 3 days.
