At the Jardin des Senses we dance to the rhythm of the vines
Ca l'Almirall is a winery, planted by the great-great-grandparents Raventós founders of Lacrima Baccus. Our mother, the artist Mª Assumpció Raventós, inherited 10 hectares of vines. Then our father Javier, a ship's captain, traded the remaining oceans caught by the Lavern vineyards and the dream of carrying on the tradition of making fine wine.
We all participate as children in the production of wine and cava, impregnating ourselves with a sensory imprint.
The work of the family vineyard since 1998, allowed us to know the potential that these small parcels always worked with passion and ecological conscience.
Our philosophy at Jardí dels Sentits:
The wine will speak to you through the senses, exposing the efforts buried in our vines.
Our Misteriós wines are monoparcelle (single plot wines) with tiny productions of 1000 to 2000 bottles to interpret how each varietal is expressed in that plot. (Plots of 0.2 to 1 Ha).
Only the natural cold of winter clarifies and stabilizes our wines, so they present slight precipitates or even crystallized natural salt.

Our organic wines come from eco-responsible vineyards where we apply biodynamics and regenerative agriculture. Produced naturally with minimal or no intervention, certified by the analysis of all wines marking sulphites <30mg / l
