Elda Cantine was born in Troia, a millenary city immersed in the Monti Dauni, where for the peculiar characteristics of the Terroir Nero di Troia it has been cultivated for centuries. The ancient native grape variety is the lintel of our wines. Our wines are a journey in search of the roots. Non-irrigated vines let the plant extend itself to seek nourishment deep within.
Our grapes are harvested by hand, in boxes, from espalier vineyards located on white-stone limestone soils and cultivated with the utmost respect for the environment.We produce Nero di Troia (red, rosé wine, Ancestral Spumante, Classic Method Spumante), Primitivo, Negroamaro, Falanghina, Bombino Bianco, Merlot, Sirah, Sauvignon blanc
