This Cutter is ideal for Farfalle and Strichetti Bolognesi, from the rolled out dough you can have perfect rows of rectangles reducing the pasta waste to a minimum. Method of use: to obtain perfect Farfalle, slide the pastry cutter over the dough that will cut 4 rectangles per round of 28x56mm, pinch in the center of the rectangle to make the ends adhere.
