Ella and Cherry launched into life a few years ago after Cherry found it very difficult to find a blouse on the high street which was unique, yet wearable on a daily basis for any occasion and any season. Every blouse seemed to look the same, just made in different fabric prints or colours, and it was time for a change. Cherry started to draw basic concepts, playing with the collars and cuffs, and realised that there were endless possibilities and combinations she could create which would be both striking and wearable. Fast forward to present day and Cherry’s unique shirt designs incorporate double or triple collars and cuffs. These signature features were then further enhanced with the addition of hidden wires in the collars to hold them upright to allow the wearer to mould and shape them the way they want.. Following numerous requests, the next step was to create shirts which came with 4 interchangeable collars. Then her attention was drawn to the buttons down the front of the shirts, why not add 3 hidden buttons to prevent gaping on the bust line, or why not add a zip to some blouses and perhaps make the zips form an elegant single line of crystal stones. All of these ideas were put into production and form part of her collection to this day. All our blouses are designed in the UK and made from the purest white stretch cotton from France. The pure white means the blouse will go with any colours in your wardrobe, and the stretch provides the all important comfort. Smart or casual they are the cornerstone of our business and our USP. Match with our pleated skirts, Tulles, soft tank tops, cardigans and jackets for a wearable look.

However, Cherry was not finished just yet. Customers asked her to make garments which would complement her shirt collars and still be soft and easy to wash. So Ella and Cherry began to make beautifully soft cardigans, jumpers and ponchos from alternative high quality blends which were as soft as cashmere and without the allergy issues which can come from wool. In addition to this a lovely blend of pastel colours were introduced which sit beautifully with the white shirts and provides a point of difference over the usual dull heavy colours which are typically used for these autumn / winter garments. Another landmark for our brand.
