Extra Virgin Olive Oil made with hand-picked organic olives, from the sunny Mediterranean coast of Tunisia.
We have been growing olives since 1870, through five generations, and our passion is producing exceptional olive oil.
Our premium olive oil is crafted through a meticulous process, using organic farming methods with no use of chemicals or fertilisers. We believe strongly in making olive oil production sustainable for future generations, and in everything we do, we are at the heart of the community, providing employment for local workers and resources to local farmers.
Olive oil production is deeply rooted in Tunisian heritage and today Tunisia is the largest producer of organic extra virgin olive oil globally. Thanks to an ideal growing climate and soil conditions, the oils produced are very high quality and have a delicious rich, fruity flavour. Historically most of the oil has been absorbed into the large-scale production of lower quality blended oils, and has not received the recognition it deserves – we are seeking to change this.
[FAMILY PRODUCED FROM START TO FINISH]
We carefully manage the entire process, from growing and handpicking the olives, through to pressing and bottling, ensuring the focus remains to producing the best quality olive oil possible.
[RICH FLAVOUR AND MAXIMISED HEALTH BENEFITS]
To produce olive oils with rich flavours and superior health benefits through a high concentration of polyphenols, we harvest the olives early and press them shortly after picking using state of the art facilities and a temperature-controlled process.
[SUSTAINABLE, ETHICAL PRODUCTION WITH A FOCUS ON LOCAL COMMUNITY]
As well as providing employment to the local community, all of our production follows a meticulously organic process, with no use of chemicals. After pressing, waste material is used either for producing biofuel with is used to power our machinery, or as a natural fertilizer and we use solar power to drive irrigation.
[TUNISIAN GROWN OLIVES, DISTINCT FLAVOURS]
Tunisia has an ideal climate for growing olives, and the country is the largest producer of organic olive oil globally. There are a multitude of unique varieties of olive with distinct flavours and we use our knowledge of these to produce olive oils that really stand out from the crowd.
At our estate, we grow two varieties of Tunisian olives on the farm – Chetoui, which produce oil with a robust flavour and Chemlali, which produce oil with a more delicate flavour. Our products aim to showcase the best qualities of these fantastic olives – either as monovarietal olive oil with the distinct flavour of each variety, or as well-balanced blends.
