CHORIZO AIRED - CHORIZO FRAIS - CHORIZO BBQ

The dried chorizo from Embutidos Hortanco is a semi-cured product, which has been dried for 3 days, so it should be consumed cooked. Both in Navarra and the Basque Country, it is common to taste it cooked in natural cider as an aperitif, and it is perfect to accompany any type of legume. It can also be consumed grilled or fried.  It is a 100% natural product, which does not contain any type of additive or artificial coloring.  It has the "Reyno Gourmet" and "Artisan Foods of Navarra" seals.
