J. Sausages Fernandez is a family business located in Valderas with a history in the meat sector dating back to 1920.

During this time, the generations who have taken over the company have always been committed to providing the best products with the best service.

We currently have a sausage factory, a cutting room, and a butcher shop, ensuring product control from the very beginning of the chain.

We offer fresh products ranging from veal, pork, beef, lamb, lamb, and poultry, as well as unique cured meats such as Cecina de León, chorizo, lomo, ham, botillo, and blood sausage.

Thanks to our experience making sausages for over a century, we know that tradition, along with flavor and product knowledge, are three basic pillars that we continue to apply 100 years later.
