FRUIT The basis is a spirit made from black currants, distilled in our ALTE ZEIT distillery. This is completed with Caribbean rum, an extract of real vanilla pods and cassis fruit juice. A beautiful play of sweetness and acidity accompanied by spicy notes. SENSORS Nose: dominant sweet cassis note and dark fruit nuances as well as dark chocolate, accompanied by rum Taste: creamy to moussey impression of sweet currant jelly, successful interplay of sweetness and acidity in perfect harmony with slightly spicy notes. Finish: long and distinctive finish, with the spicy cassis note remaining present until the end. ENJOYMENT TIP Goes perfectly with dark chocolate with 85% cocoa and espresso, as well as with vanilla ice cream or in a dry sparkling wine.
