The great effort of the collectors is worth it because these wild fruits exude a perfume-like scent and give the spirit a tremendous amount of aroma. 

Through the gentle and slow cool fermentation, during distillation in our 'Alte Zeit' distillery over a wood fire and the subsequent resting period, this fine brandy develops its special flavor structure.
