Intense in taste, an aromatic spectacle from malt to dark chocolate to fresh fruits, ending in a pleasant note of colorful pepper. 

Oak notes are noticeable but not dominant, long, spicy finish with taste of ginger and subtle smoke. SPECIAL FEATURE Barrel-aged on 4 floors of the historic mill: icy cold and summer warmth, accompanied by the moisture of the waterway (mountain stream “Acher”) make up the “heartbeat” of EMILL.
