The aromatic mandarins come from the region around Vesuvius in Italy. They are harvested fully ripe and shine in a strong orange. First, they are crushed and macerated in alcohol, the macerate is then distilled in our Neue Zeit distillery over gold and rounded off with the fruit extract of the mandarin. SENSORY Nose: ripe mandarin pulp with spicy lime, cognac, white chocolate, blossom honey and dried orange peel Taste: slightly sparkling, soft with a delicate sweetness, mandarin pulp and cognac nuances clearly present Finish: fruity, long finish with a slightly tart citrus note PLEASURE TIP Goes perfectly with light meat such as chicken or pork.
