Deodorized fair trade organic sesame oil

Sesame oil is rich in vitamin E, as well as sesamolin and sesamin, two natural antioxidants. These make it possible to increase the longevity of the cells and therefore of the whole organism and also have an anti-sun effect because they absorb ultraviolet rays. Clear and fluid, sesame oil is appreciated for its taste. To be eaten preferably raw, it will slip into Asian preparations, eggplant caviar, on julienned vegetables or in oriental soups. Concentrated in essential fatty acids, it contributes to maintaining the integrity of the skin tissue and prevents the skin from drying out. The oil comes from the sesame sector from fair trade in Mali. On the economic level, this commitment makes it possible to ensure regular activity and income for 80 small villages bringing together 2,500 families.
