Medium capers from Salina Dop - Mirabito

Each bottle contains about 160 gr. of medium capers (mm 10/11/12) of the Aeolian Islands DOP grown in Salina (without the use of chemical fertilizers) and about 40 gr. of sea salt. Exclusively natural conservation: with sea salt. The product originates from the Capparis plant grown on the island of Salina (Aeolian). The capers we produce and market are a natural product, preserved with sea salt, without flavourings, preservatives or essences of any kind. Always desalinate under a jet of water before use.
