Format: 500 g Riggi's wholemeal organic pasta is made with semolina of ancient durum wheat obtained by stone grinding. Bronze-drawn and dried at low temperatures, our pasta has a wrinkled appearance, to better retain your favorite sauce and all the typical flavor of the raw material. The golden rules for perfect cooking: boil 1 liter of water with 12 grams of salt for every 100 grams of pasta. When the water boils, add the pasta and do not exceed the recommended cooking time for perfect “al dente” pasta (it is advisable to taste before draining, to be sure of reaching the desired cooking time!). Cooking time: 8-10 minutes
