Faithful to our origins, we pay particular attention to the processing of tuna.Only those caught in our Mediterranean bear the name Adelfio.This species of “MEDITERRANEAN TUNA”, commonly known as “Tonno Alletteratus”, is widespread in the Mediterranean Sea where it is also common in Italian coastal waters, reaching 1 m in length and 6/7 kg in weight. -Characteristics: tuna with an intense and full-bodied flavour typical of “Red Tuna”, which we consider superior with the addition of cherry tomatoes.Excellent to present as an appetizer or side dish, or to add to the well-known spaghetti alla carrettiera - Format: 200g
