Excellent dessert wine. The scent is inebriating, persistent, aromatic; rich in ripe fruit, apricot, dried figs and honey.With a sweet, aromatic, intense, enveloping flavour and a high thickness, it goes well with dry pastries and fruit ice creams - Grape variety: Zibibbo (100%) - Production area: Agro Marsalese - Cultivation: Espalier with Guyot pruning - Harvest: August/September - Vinification: In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (14/16°C), addition of raisins left to macerate on the must for over 3 months, to finally obtain a wine with an alcoholic component in perfect balance with its sugar content - Colour: Intense golden yellow tending towards amber - Smell: Complex, intense and persistent, where the hints of ripe apricot and candied citrus fruits are combined with notes of dried figs, dates and acacia honey - Alcohol content: 14.00% vol. -Sugar content: 140 gr/l - Maturation: min.3 months - Temperature: 12/14° - Format: 500ml
