I am Laurence Quervel, a freelance illustrator based in Toulouse, France. My background is varied, but my passion for drawing has always been with me. I created EmYLo with the desire to bring together my taste for beautiful images (drawing, painting, photography...)and the one for travel. This is how the concept of the Urban Map was born...
From city maps, I create colorful illustrations to give your decoration a touch of emotion. The neighborhood where you live, the one where you were born, a place you love... I transform the places where you create memories into art.
Each illustration is entirely handmade (ink, felt-tip pens, watercolor or gouache). I like to play with colors, so I draw inspiration from the great Impressionist and Fauve painters but also from aerial photographers.
The card collection is growing according to my desires and yours!
