We have designed delicious recipes directly from the culinary traditions of the archipelago, tasty little dishes to delight the taste buds of all those who want to travel, or rediscover THE REAL TASTE OF INDONESIA.
Our dishes are PREPARED IN AN ARTISANAL MANNER in a professional Norman kitchen located at the Pôle d’Agriculture des Hauts Prés in Val-de-Reuil. The production of our preserves meets HACCP hygiene standards, then is validated by a food analysis laboratory, to guarantee the safety of the jars.They are made without chemicals, preservatives, or colorings, and cooked with fresh vegetables and premium quality meats sourced from local farms.
