Behind ENCORE + are Stéphanie and Benjamin, a couple passionate about travel, culinary discoveries, fusion cuisine and, of course, infused rum.
With a passion for French craftsmanship, elegant designs, and a love for convivial moments with family and friends, we wanted to bring a little escape and originality to the French aperitif!
Each of our creations refers to one of our trips: a destination, an atmosphere, a memory. A way to offer you a little escape and to share with you a small piece of the world and what these memories have left us with!
At ENCORE +, we work more with fruit and spice infusions rather than long macerations. The idea is simple: extract the essence of the fruit, without masking it with sugar.
This approach results in more precise infused rums, conceived as true
tasting spirits.
Our creations thus have an alcohol content between 36% and 40%, and 28% for Les Saintes, where the banana brings
a naturally more pronounced sweetness.
Bonus: all our labels and graphics were designed by Benjamin!
From recipe to design, to the final product, each step is carried out with care in our workshop in 78 (Maurepas).
