His professional journey as a chef has involved a relentless quest for original flavor combinations. Originally from the perfume islands in the Indian Ocean, he has always been keen to showcase the aromatic riches of his childhood. He is also working on structuring a cooperative of spice and aromatic plant producers in his home village.
Hélène: The transmission of local know-how
Coming from a family of wine and organic perfume, aromatic and medicinal plant producers in Occitanie, she naturally inspired the idea of associating the project with a local supply chain, based on the same values of respect for the producer and the harvests.
Together, they created Epic: an adventure that combines aromatic excellence with a deep commitment to meaningful agriculture, respectful of nature and ethical and sustainable trade, from the Indian Ocean to the south of France.
