Behind Epic lies the meeting of two universes united by a common vision.
Amdi, whose previous career as a cook led him to work for several years with a Michelin-starred chef. Originally from the perfume islands in the Indian Ocean, he is keen to showcase the aromatic riches of his childhood. His relentless quest for original flavor combinations allows him to select spices for their exceptional aromatic profiles. Committed to the development of his home village, he is supporting the structuring of a producers' cooperative there.
Hélène, from a family of organic perfume, aromatic and medicinal plant producers in Occitanie, has instilled in the project a local supply chain, based on the same values of respect for the producer and the harvests.
Together they created Epic: an adventure that combines aromatic excellence with a deep commitment to organic and meaningful agriculture. Ethical and sustainable trade that builds a bridge from the Indian Ocean to the south of France.
