ÉPURE, Épicerie Botanique is a trademark registered in 2016 which offers preparations and culinary bases without additives (broths, seasonings, soups, etc.) composed of meats and vegetables from local production, herbs and spices. Its founder has combined her skills as a chemist and a cook to develop creations using an innovative process: controlled dehydration. It makes it possible to preserve the nutritional qualities, to concentrate the flavors and to offer vegetables whose structure is not altered.
