After discovering the benefits of mare's milk during a trip abroad, Gilbert Cosnet decided to take over the farm where he grew up to create an organic mare's milk bank. It was in 2000 on the site of the Haras de la Vallée des Haflinger in a preserved environment managed using organic farming that this family adventure began.
He quickly passed on his passion for breeding and for this wonderful milk to his eldest son Guillaume.
