The Seaside Box is one of Ercus' flagship products. The seahorse was the first model created in the workshop, inspired by the emblem of the town of Granville, where our adventure began. Quickly it was accompanied by the scallop shell and the ammonite. You will find them together in this box, made up of 30 sugars.

The color is naturally provided by sugar cane: the darker the cane sugar, the less refined it is: the presence of plant extracts present in the cane will give it a more or less amber color and a taste that can be resemble notes of caramel.
