Each jar of violets contains 40g of whole crystallized violets. Whole crystallized violets can be used as decoration for pastry, to beautifully flavor a glass of sparkling wine or candy. Their fragrance is sweet and their taste is delicate. Production of crystallized violets: Once the violets have been harvested, the flowers are washed. They are then coated and then sweetened before being dried. The result is a crunchy, sweet and deliciously flavored treat.
