Erika gin is a gin with character, it is part of the tradition of so-called "Craft" gins, that is to say produced in an artisanal way and above all with an originality specific to this type of gin.
Our botanicals are local and come from the Aquitaine region.
You will find the freshness of tarragon, the body of walnut leaf, the spiciness of "Sansho berries", but also the sweetness and roundness of ERIKA heather honey produced by our beekeeper.
Each production is therefore unique in nuances of taste (even if you will always find the flavor of Erika gin!).
We find in the mouth a gin with an atypical and smooth taste and texture which goes very well with a good tonic, which brings more flavors to a cocktail and which surprises lovers of digestives.
