Organic amber gin inspired by the days of smuggling. It follows the same production process as Gasconha Dry Gin except that after distillation, Rosemary, Tarragon and Rose de Provins macerate in it. For the final touch: the Old Tom Gin is delicately sweetened with Dordogne Acacia honey by Erika Spirit.
