We are the insertion company of the Espigoladors Foundation. We work
to reduce food waste with an economics-based model
circular and committed to environmental sustainability and social justice:
we recover
fruits and vegetables discarded from the commercial circuit, because they are
imperfect, due to price falls or surplus production, and the
we transform into preserves
100% vegetable and natural. At the same time, in our workshop we offer
training and employment opportunities for people in situations of
vulnerability.

Our workshop, located in the San Cosme neighborhood of El Prat de Llobregat, is
an innovation laboratory for food use and a space
training and job placement for people at risk of
exclusion.
