Plum jam is probably the most imperfect of our entire range: it is never the same colour!  Plums are a fruit with a very wide range of colors, ranging from greenish to purple tones.  Thus, depending on the plums that arrive at our workshop, the jam will have one shade or another.  Product suitable for celiacs because it is gluten-free (Gluten-free), lactose-free (Lactose-free), allergen-free, 100% natural, Vegan and contains at least 70% fruit/vegetables.  Halal and Kosher Product sold in packs of 6 jars x 240g each Pairing: Essential to accompany some cheese fingers.  To make them even tastier, coat them with nuts instead of breadcrumbs.  At es im-perfect® we fight against food waste.  We give a second chance to fruits and vegetables discarded from the market due to aesthetic criteria.  All this promoting natural, healthy, quality food and local products.
