He tries to cut each piece with a jeweler's eye to maximize the exposed grain of the wood. The parts are stabilized using heat-activated resin in a vacuum chamber to ensure durability and water resistance. The stabilized parts are then cast in resin and hardened under pressure. He selects dyes and pigments that harmonize with the type of wood and the desired aesthetic. After a week of curing, the blank is hand turned to reveal the beautiful BRÜ shaving brush handle hidden inside. Each BRÜ badger brush handle receives 12 coats of durable CA finish, hand sanded and polished to a beautiful shine. Each BRÜ shaving brush handle is an original and unique work of art. A substantial handle of about 5cm in height and a pleasant feel in the hand. It is always equipped with the finest hand-knotted synthetic or badger hair tufts available today.
