Medium Spicy Sauce Pícara Essence

Pícara Essence: product made with fried onion and habaneros with a PH lower than 4.4. Afterwards add the vinegar and water, sauté and add the spices, bring to a boil and grind. It is packaged and subjected to a water bath for 30 minutes at 100º C. Our Picante Essence Hot Sauce in a 100 ml glass bottle: it is ideal for seasoning meat, fish and shellfish; to make your soups, stews, stir-fries and pizzas; to accompany your more informal dishes such as sandwiches and hamburgers; and of course, it is the star ingredient for dishes such as tacos, enchiladas, burritos and nachos.
