The potential of old Garnachas from the Sierra de Gredos Pedatón El Garbeo 2022 is a local wine created with old Grenache at altitude, in the Sierra de Gredos, and has a production of only 960 bottles. A red that brings together elegance, finesse, balance and personality. Very pleasant and designed in an area with great potential. Pedatón El Garbeo 2022 is created 100% with Garnacha grapes from 80-year-old vines. The grapes come from a small plot of less than half a hectare and granite soil, located on the southern slope of the Zaudejo area in Burgohondo (Ávila), at a high altitude of 950 -1,000 m. After carbonic fermentation (30%), it remained aging for 8 months in barrels and concrete. This red wine has a dark red color with a lighter red rim. Very fruity and powerful aroma.
