Bonito Pepus is carefully made from the best parts of the fish and canned in olive oil. The Bonito del Norte (Thunnus alalunga) is caught in the Cantabrian Sea between the months of June and October with selective fishing gear, one by one, with a hook. It is characterized by its white and tender meat, soft flavor and juicy texture, thus being the favorite preserve of the most exquisite palates.
