They are manually extracted one by one from the rocks of the Mediterranean Sea, they are steamed before extracting their characteristic shell and finally they are manually canned with natural water. We recommend putting the can half an hour before opening it in the fridge and taking them directly from the can, outside of which they oxidize quickly and accompanied by its juice or Espinaler Sauce. Espinaler preserves are ideal to accompany your favorite dishes. In addition, they constitute a perfect aperitif just by opening a can.
