The “ganxet” bean, cultivated in Catalan lands. The little perception of the skin makes its touch with the palate very delicate. It has a flattened shape, similar to that of a kidney, with a hook at one end that is the characteristic feature and which gives it its name. Medium in size, in the mouth it has a high creaminess and a soft, fine and persistent flavor. The skin is slightly rough and hardly noticeable once the beans are cooked.
