Flóki Double Wood Icelandic Birch Finish is aged in barrels that were previously used to make Flóki Single Malt, as well as a finish with Icelandic birch wood. This complex maturation gives it notes of dates, wood and malt, as well as a creamy and vanilla side. Uncoloured, unchillfiltered, bottled at 47% vol.
