Pearse Lyons 5 years

Pearse Original is an Irish Whiskey blended from malt whiskeys and grain of at least 5 years old. Its aging in Bourbon barrels gives it notes of chocolate, vanilla and caramel. Quite light on the palate, its youth brings freshness with a subtle mint taste. The tasting ends with a woody impression of oak and spices. The single malt whiskeys used in the composition of Pearse Original are drawn from the stills of Saint James Church, in which the Pearse Lyons distillery is located. Bottled at 43% vol., it is unfiltered and retains its natural color.
