Blended Irish Whiskey from a blend of 7-year-old malt and grain whiskeys, Pearse Distiller's Choice is aged in ex-bourbon and sherry casks. On the nose, there are fresh citrus fruits, notes of pine and subtle aromas of spices and dried fruits. On the palate, it first reveals a woody taste that quickly evolves towards pear and caramel. It finally leaves an impression of apple, clove and pastry cream.
