Sister Isles Moscatel Cask

The Sister Isles Moscatel Cask is distilled from molasses from the British West Indies and benefits from triple aging. After distillation, the rum will be aged in the British West Indies for over 6 years in French and American oak barrels. Then 2 to 4 years of additional aging in barrels of red wine from the Ribera del Douro. Finally, it will benefit from a 6-month finish in Moscatel barrels. Sweet note of raisins, vanilla, chocolate, coconut and hazelnut. Bottled at 45% vol. With a sugar level of 7.5g/L.
