Esprit d'Alsace is a small production workshop that combines Alsatian tradition and culinary innovation. Nestled in the heart of a small village located between Colmar and Mulhouse, we develop terrines, ready-made dishes, foie gras and a range of crusted products that we particularly like in Alsace. The particularity of our products is the large chopping of the meat in order to feel the taste of the products with a certain "mache" in the mouth. We source the vast majority and as soon as possible from locals: a cheese maker from Munster, a winemaker from Pfaffenheim, .... Original recipes from Alsace that you can find at your table.
